Where does GUESS online accept orders from?
We are able to accept orders within the Philippines territory only.
Where I can track the status of my order?
If you are registered at GUESS Online, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the Orders section.
What payment methods are accepted?
GUESS Online accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Over The Counter Payments. GUESS Philippines reserves the right to request additional identification, if this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone
How do I place a gift order?
When placing your order, please select "Is this a Gift?" during the checkout process. Price tags will be removed from the item(s). You may also include a brief message that will be printed on the Order Form.
