E-commerce Content Administrator
Major Responsibilities:
-Manage product content & data reporting
-Regularly monitor website content, performance and functionality.
-Ensuring we have transparency on go-live product readiness & problem products online.
-Set up and Customize the website's appearance, layout, and functionality using CMS features, templates, and extensions.
-Generates and updating report of Mobile app install, Website UX, Analytics, Content weekly report and Best Seller Reports
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Coordinate with the developers, Graphic designers, marketers, and merchandising, to ensure seamless integration of website features, updates, and improvements.
-Managing the website content updates.
-Ensure prices are sync every time there's a PCA.
-Download, renaming and resizing of assets.
-Uploading of Assets.
-Engage in promotional emails and newsletters, product descriptions
-Provide basic technical support for website navigation, account setup, and troubleshooting common issues.
Job Qualification:
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
-Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Drupal, WooCommerce, Magento) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
-Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
-Knowledge of image editing software for basic image optimization.
-Strong attention to detail for proofreading and maintaining content accuracy.
-Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
-Experience with inventory management and pricing tools
