RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
While we take pride in all of our GUESS? products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return.
We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective GUESS merchandise for up to 14 days after the shipment date.
Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags, attached branded tissue paper intact and accompanied by the packing slip or Order
Form.
Unfortunately, items marked "sale" on the website, are not returnable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
GUESS merchandise purchased from Guess Physical Stores, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of
the originating retailer.

Returns are now easier than ever! Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange. You can either Return To Store or Return Thru Courier:
RETURN TO STORE
The above Return and Exchange Policy applies to all returns to store.
Returns to store are also subject to our store return and exchange policy.

Find the selected store location for your return. Certain restrictions apply. |
STEP 4: | Bring your eligible merchandise along with all original internal packing materials, and boxes with tags, attached branded tissue paper intact and accompanied by the Packing Slip or Order Form, and a photo ID. |
RETURN THROUGH COURIER
The above Online Return and Exchange Policy apply to all returns thru courier.
Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.

Print the Return Authorization Form and enclose it in the return package, together with the item(s) you’re sending back to us. We suggest consolidating your return and enclose all printed Return Authorization forms into the package. |

Your return will be processed within 14 business days after item(s) are received by us.
Refunds, in the form of Credit Voucher, are given for the item's extended price indicated on the original Order Form and any applicable taxes, excluding any shipping fees and additional discounts. These credit vouchers are valid only as mode of payment online purchases. Certain exceptions apply.
EXCHANGES
The easiest way to make an exchange is by visiting your nearest store location. Exchanges areonly available for color and/or size of the same style.
If you wish to make an exchange thru courier, our Customer Care Representatives shall give you a call on your registered mobile number and help you place a replacement order.
GIFT RETURNS
If you received a gift that was purchased online, you can call our Customer Care Representatives and we will be glad to help you process returns. Visit Guess.com.ph/contact-us
RETURNS AS GUEST
If you wish to return your online purchase but do not have an account with us, simply register using the same email address used in your previous purchase. Click the Orders Available For Return Tab and process returns.
RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT
If you wish to return your online purchase but have lost your original Order Form/packing slip, simply reprint a copy by logging into your account.
Click on Orders tab then print the Order Form.
