Key Responsibilities:
-Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.

-Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers.
-Social Media Management: Oversee the company's presence on social media platforms, including content creation, audience engagement, and monitoring.
-Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
-Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
-Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
-Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
-Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and project management.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
-Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Leadership and team management experience.
-Creative thinking and ability to adapt to changing market trends.
-Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
